I just created a new challenge for myself. I went and added a new alarm for every hour I’m at work. So I start work at 9:00 and clock out at 5:00, and I put an alarm at every hour starting at 9:30 all the way through 4:30 to do 25 pushups. That’s 200 pushups a day. I plan on trying to do that for a full work week. That’s 1000 pushups for a 5 day week. Maybe after that I’ll do squats or something. But we’ll see how the first week goes.
How’s that for fitness at work?
