Yesterday started off weak but turned into a fantastic day. Turns out I got hired for the Rodeo Beach job, which is awesomely awesome. And I got a good run in as well. About 2.5 miles I think. But today is a strength day. And I plan on working my shoulders, back, and maybe easy on the legs. I don’t want to tear them apart before Saturday. Because on Saturday I get to run in a 5k trail race. And I plan on finishing in less than 25 minutes. That’s one of my new years resolutions. But today at the gym…
Dead lifts x 50 @ 135lbs
Shrugs x 50 @ 135lbs
Pull ups x 10 x 5 sets
Dips x 10 x 5 sets
Single arm rows x 10 x 5 sets
Squats 5 x 5 sets @ 185-225lbs.
Maybe finish with 15 mins on the treadmill.
